Mr. Kasaizi is holding Master of Business Administration in International Business (MBA-IB) from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi India, Masters of International Tax Law from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in Austria, and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) Dar es Salaam Tanzania East Africa.

For the past 20 years, he worked with the Government of Tanzania where he has served in the Ministry of Finance and later joined the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) where he served in different capacities ranging from lower carder to Deputy Commissioner Operations (DCO). He has been a member of the East African Community Revenue Authorities Technical Committee for the past seven years.

Abeid joined REDESO as CEO in March, 2017 and bring on board the vast managerial skills and experience in managing a multidiscipline organization. He has been also member of the REDESO Governing Board for the past 10 years.

Valentine Shipula is the Senior Programme Manager at REDESO, with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, and climate resilience programming across Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Range Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), where he developed a strong technical foundation in natural resource management, rangeland restoration, ecosystem conservation, and sustainable livelihoods. His career has been driven by a passion for improving the lives of vulnerable communities through innovative, evidence-based development solutions. Throughout his career, Valentine has held senior technical and management positions in Government, National NGOs, International NGOs, and the United Nations system. He has served with organizations including Oxfam GB, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), International Child Support (ICS), and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), where he served as Head of Field Office in Kasulu, leading humanitarian operations and coordinating emergency response interventions. As an EFSVL Technical Team Leader for humanitarian response and then Programme Coordinator for development programmes with Oxfam GB, he managed a portfolio of more than USD 1.5 million, overseeing programme delivery, strategic partnerships, donor compliance, financial management, and capacity strengthening to achieve high-quality humanitarian and development outcomes. He also served as a Principal Livestock Officer in local government, providing technical leadership in rangeland management and livestock development.

At REDESO, Valentine leads programme strategy, resource mobilization, partnership development, and the implementation of integrated development initiatives focusing on climate change adaptation, ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA), food security and livelihoods, child rights, women and youth economic empowerment, and institutional capacity strengthening. He has extensive experience working with bilateral and multilateral donors, government institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector to design and deliver impactful, sustainable programmes. Recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaborative approach, Valentine is committed to building resilient communities and advancing inclusive, sustainable development across Tanzania.
