Safe and Sustainable Environment for Persons with Specific Needs (PSNs)

the project was implemented in partnership with HelpAge Tanzania with the aim of strengthening disaster preparedness, protection and coordination systems for vulnerable refugees and host communities, with special focus on PSNs, and to promote multi-stakeholder collaboration, inclusive community-based structures and resilience against disasters. In summary, the project enhanced inclusive, coordinated and locally-owned disaster preparedness systems while strengthening protection for vulnerable populations and PSNs.
